I traveled here for a conference. My hairspray exploded in my luggage and ten pieces of clothing were damaged severely because the color from each garment transferred over. I was panicked and afraid I was about to lose my entire wardrobe. I brought everything to Brantley Cleaners and they did a fabulous job of repairing and restoring my mess. I got all my clothing back in pristine condition. They work miracles! They charged me half of what I expected to pay for such a big job and the woman at the front desk refused to accept a tip. They were very nice and extremely service oriented. I so appreciate them helping me out and saving some of my favorite pieces of clothing. Thank you!

Been going to Brantley for 15+ years. They are very accommodating and convenient. They will have your clothes ready when you need them, and they offer a pickup and delivery service as well! Highly recommended!!

I walked in earlier this week to drop off a few items and although I haven’t been there in 6+ months, the owner smiled warmly, filled out the ticket (without asking for my name!) and treated me like she was genuinely happy to still have me as a customer. She asked me why I haven’t been in, and when I explained that I don’t work in the area anymore, I think she and I both know I continue to come here because of customer loyalty. So what if the place is over 10 miles away? It’s like 5 minutes up the Tollway, and to me… I’ll go anywhere for customer service like this.

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever used and I am so grateful I found it! They handle my suits with care and the alterations are done onsite. Customer service is hard to come by these days but Brantley Cleaners understand the value of it. Would recommend them to anyone.

I love this cleaners. I have been using this spot for many years and I have never had a lost garment or had any of my clothes damaged in the cleaning process. The people who operate the cleaners are very nice and accommodating – they are great people – you can always count on a warm greeting. Their rush service is also nice if you are in a hurry. I have been a customer of Brantley Cleaners for more than 10 years. They do very good work. They have never lost anything…never! They work hard, get things done on time, and do it with a smile. Zeb and Ali always remember me by name, and provide great customer service. They see buttons on and do minor repairs that I didn’t even see needed to be done. They truly care…that is clearly evident.
