I walked in earlier this week to drop off a few items and although I haven't been there in 6+ months, the owner smiled warmly, filled out the ticket (without asking for my name!) and treated me like she was genuinely happy to still have me as a customer. She asked me why I haven't been in, and when I explained that I don't work in the area anymore, I think she and I both know I continue to come here because of customer loyalty. So what if the place is over 10 miles away? It's like 5 minutes up the Tollway, and to me... I'll go anywhere for customer service like this.
